Think of your brain as a bespoke computer, programmed to run you. As with any software program, you only notice the bit that comes up on the screen. The detailed and sophisticated program is running behind the scenes, out of your awareness. You may not realise that some of this software can be deleted, installed, or upgraded to get far more effective results. The same can be said of your unconscious mind. After you start paying some attention and observing how your mind is working, you have the choice to delete, upgrade, or install whichever bit of ‘thinking software’ you desire.

Evaluating your Development as a Coach

There are six 2-day modules delivered live on Zoom with four group coaching supervision sessions between the modules.

Module 1 – The Foundation

We explore how our mind works and explain the predictive brain and inside out thinking. There are 3 Principles which govern how we experience our own ‘reality’ and life.

We introduce The Principles Coaching Model and demonstrate its use. Delegates then participate in coaching practice using the model. There then follows a group reflective discussion about insights so far.

We explore what ‘Your True Identity’ is and who you really are and how we can use this in our own lives and to create a space for our coachees to have insights.

We discuss paradigm shifts and the barriers to a greater understanding of the ‘Principles’.

We’ll show you how to have effective contracting to ensure ethical, legal and practical requirements are met.

Module 2 – Deep Listening and How to Communicate The Principles

We delve into listening at a much deeper level to discover how the coachee creates their reality from their script and belief system. There follows a group exercise to uncover what was heard in a coaching demo and to develop questions to explore further.

Group coaching takes place with each person rotating with an opportunity or problem whilst the other 2 develop questions to further explore the situation.

There will be opportunities to practice your coaching with observation and feedback from trainers.

Module 3 – High Impact Coaching with Rock Solid Confidence

We look into the key strategies we need to use to get results with your clients using the presenting problem and showing you where to focus to get the best outcome. There will be another coaching demo where you will unpack the key strategies used in the demo so that you can then apply it yourself.

We’ll show you how to do an Intake Session with confidence and include how to use your questioning skills to enhance your client’s experience.

We’ll take a deep dive into how the coach can develop self-awareness of their own connection with the coachee so that it feels effortless.

There will be a Q&A about where everyone is up to with applying inside out thinking and explore how outside in thinking drives catastrophising, anxiety and worry for ourselves and our clients, how to alleviate it and make the practice habitual.

Module 4 – Accelerating Your Coaching/Training Business

In this module we help you to identify the right customers for you and explore the reasons customers and clients come to you e.g. mental well-being, stress reduction and achievement.

We look at how having a bulletproof belief in your ability to get results will ensure that you are ready for opportunities and put an appropriate monetary value on your services.

We’ll discuss how to sell into, and contract effectively, in organisations and look at the ethical and legal considerations using case studies.

We will evaluate your progress with coaching practice with trainer observations.

We discuss the impactful insights discoveries and realisations that you have had since the start of the programme that are making a big difference in your life.

We review which actions you have taken to accelerate your coaching/training business after the last modules and share with the group.

We explore whether inside out thinking only works one way or are you experiencing situations where your feelings still get triggered by external events or people? This is all about ensuring delegates are having a deep embodied understanding of the ‘Principles’ rather than a surface, intellectual understanding.

We then take this further by looking at how we can apply the ‘Principles’ to other aspects of life including inter-personal relationships at home and at work. We also explore goal setting using the ‘Principles’ and how this can be a game changer.

We’ll also review your marketing strategy and look at how well it’s working for you. We’ll ask the group to share ideas and what has been successful.

Module 6 -Thriving

The aim of the final module is to keep you thriving once the course is over. How can you keep having insights that will enable you to move forward in your life and career? We will discuss the success we have all had with our clients throughout the programme and learn from each other so that we can consistently apply what works.

We will introduce a final model to give you an even greater understanding of how the ‘Principles’ coaching process works.

We will help you design a workshop (or multiple workshops!) for your target audience that you can go out and deliver straight away, creating an income stream for your business.
